How I’m finding life with 2 under 2

How I’m finding life with 2 under 2

Today I’m going to share with you my experiences of having 2 children under the age of 2. Sullivan is now 3 weeks old, which I still cannot believe. It has been a complete whirlwind of emotions, stress, overwhelm and happiness, and not to mention the added lack of sleep from having a newborn and a teething, clingy toddler! I wrote a post last year, explaining my fears for having 2 under 2 and I am happy to report that…

Toddler update – Logan’s 15 month development check up

It’s been a good while since i’ve done one of these  development updates, but to be honest there wasn’t an awful lot to update you on, but now he’s 15 months old I feel its time I update you all on his progress. Speech development Currently Logan says quite a few words, i’m not sure if its a lot for his age or whether other 15 month olds can say more, so let me know in the comments how many…

Brush Baby Product *Review*

Brush Baby Product *Review*

Ever since Logan’s 1st tooth popped in iv’e been trying to get him used to the sensation of having his teeth cleaned, even with no toothpaste on so he could just play with it and get feel for it but as he became more of a toddler he has been so difficult and refusing to let me brush them. So after a while I got in contact with Brush Baby about the trouble i’ve had and they kindly replied saying…

Logan’s 8 month update

Logan’s 8 month update

Completely crawling now This I never expected would happen as he had no interest in it and got very frustrated when he was on his belly but all of a sudden he got onto all fours and started moving forward, i was completely amazed and had to record it. You can watch his first crawl moments here. Pulling himself up to standing He has actually been doing this for about a month and a bit already, he’s so strong on…

Logan’s 7 month update

Logan’s 7 month update

I never thought 7 months would come around this fast, it doesn’t seem that long ago when he was a newborn and sleeping for hours at a time, and could barely even lift his head, but he’s come on leaps and bounds since then and definitely has a cheeky/lovable personality. What’s new this month: Very very mobile always wants to be on the move whether that be sitting on the floor, on my lap or in the jumperoo Pulling himself…

Logan’s 6 month update

Logan’s 6 month update

-sorry i’m always a day late with blogmas, i didn’t realise how difficult it was to blog/thing of something to blog about every single day.- I cannot believe Logan will be 7 months old this Thursday, where has my baby gone? He is mastering all these new skills, i can’t keep up with him, he’s making a lot of effort to crawl, he no longer just wants to sit in his bouncer chair as he climbs out of it, he…

Logan’s 5th leap sleep regression 😴

Logan’s 5th leap sleep regression 😴

Sleep regression – A period of time where a baby misses naps/ wakes more during the night and waking earlier for no apparent reason! When Logan was a newborn he used to sleep for hours at a time, I even had to wake him up for his bottles because he’d sleep for more than 2 hours at a time, when I was in hospital after having him he was the only baby not crying on the ward, and I felt…

Logan’s bedtime routine  👶🛁🛌😴

Logan’s bedtime routine  👶🛁🛌😴

In this post I will be discussing logan’s bedtime routine and how it’s changed since he was newborn. When logan was newborn I was terrified of bathing him on my own just because of how tiny he was and slippery! I’d always wait for Robert to be home before I attempted to bath him, but even then we were both pretty nervous at first, and being a newborn logan slept through the bath -typical! We didn’t really have much of…

Logan’s 24 week update

Logan’s 24 week update

Logans 24 week update  Logan’s come on leaps and bounds and is showing all typical 5th leap behaviours. He has recently discovered his feet and tries to eat them when he’s in the bath or when I’m changing his nappy. He is constantly drooling and we’re going through a tonne of bibs because of this nasty teething pain, he has 2 bottom teeth already. Logan can now sit up unaided, sometimes he’ll have a few wobbles but that’s it he’s…
