I have been wanting to make these cookies for quite some time now, and they are the most simple yet subtly delicious cookies i have ever tasted. Seeing as i had 1 lonely banana left in the fruit bowl, i took advantage and decided to make these. But guess what, it’s not just banana I’m using this time, there are blueberries and peanut butter too!
What you will need:
1 ripe banana (Well mashed)
As many blueberries as you like (GO WILD)
1 cup of oats (i used Quakers porridge oats)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (Optional)
Half a cup of milk
Peanut butter (Add as much or as little as you like)
Stir together in a bowl all the ingredients so the banana, blueberries, oats, milk, peanut butter and vanilla essence.
Next spray some frylight oil on a cake tray or similar and plop in some of the mixture until you have something similar to the above picture. Pop them into the oven at 200 degrees for 15/20 minutes or until golden brown and firm on the bottoms.
And that’s it you have some simply delicious mini bite-size cookies for your little ones (Or you) to enjoy whenever you like.
Logan loves them- do you?
